Abstract
The decision of surgical time is the most important factor in reducing, to the minimum, the mortality rates of reptured intracranial aneurysmal patients.
In view of the time of rebleeding and vasospasm due to subarachnoid hemorrhage, early surgery is derirable in deciding the time of operation.
The authors performed early surgeries on the poor-risk patients(Grade 4 and 5) with gradually deteriorating neurological conditions.
The operated patients were all without intracranial hematoma showing mass effect.
The outcome of the operation was satisfactory with bright prospect.
